Provides specific services in the following areas:
Team Development _Including workshops and programs focusing on team building, reaching consensus, goal-setting and prioritization, improving levels of trust and clarity, enhancing communication, and working with global, diverse, cross-cultural, and “virtual” teams.
Leadership Development _Including workshops, programs and coaching focusing on developing effective leadership practices and behaviors, understanding the demands of specific leadership roles and how to best meet those demands, and maximizing the contributions of all team members.
Lessons Learned _Including integrated meetings and other consulting services that leverage business experiences to identify functional/cross-functional team and organizational best practices- as well as ineffective actions and processes- and define and develop more effective policies and operating norms.
Conflict Resolution _Including consulting services, programs, and individual and team coaching related to effectively managing and resolving conflict, developing conflict resolution skills, and learning from conflict.
Service-based Organization Development _Consulting services that enhance team and organizational culture through the introduction and leveraging of an ethic of service, so as to create an environment in which employees at all levels are of service to one another in their workplace. Specific interventions include Service-Based Team Development, organizational transformation programs, and coaching.
Diversity Awareness and Management _Including workshops, programs and coaching focused on understanding the business case for diversity, managing diverse work teams, and other important organizational competencies related to workforce and customer diversity.
Meeting Facilitation _Including the design and facilitation of both large and small team and department meetings, ranging from strategic planning to team relationship building.
