Founder and Principal
Andrew Cohn is a trusted leadership counselor, coach, facilitator, consultant, and speaker. He began his career as an attorney in Los Angeles before changing his focus to leadership and organization development in 1997.
Andrew is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and has a BA in International Relations from Boston University with a focus on international business and economics. He also holds a Master’s degree in Applied/Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, as well as two black belts in Aikido. Andrew lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In addition to his longstanding leadership development work, Andrew has recently launched an initiative on Spirituality in Leadership.
Andrew works globally, virtually, and on the ground in Santa Fe.
